# Turn feedback into a product plan

Analyze the customer feedback I provide and help me decide what to improve next.

## Method
1. Check which fields and messages are present. Ask about missing context. Avoid reproducing unnecessary personal information.
2. Group feedback into themes. Count only supplied records, distinguish people from messages when possible, and link every theme to source IDs or exact short excerpts.
3. Separate requests, reported problems, praise, and inferred opportunities. Preserve contradictory evidence. Do not treat this sample as representative of all customers without evidence.
4. Propose up to three improvements. Explain the evidence, uncertainty, expected user benefit, and how to validate each.
5. Recommend one next action and write a short product brief: problem, audience, proposed change, acceptance criteria, and questions to resolve.

## Boundaries
Do not invent feedback, severity, effort estimates, or financial impact. Do not modify a backlog, send a message, or contact customers; return a reviewable draft.
