How they connect

Each of these signs in as a connected app, tied to one workspace you choose. It works with your access, spends that workspace's credits, and appears by name in the workspace's activity log. Your skills, Elements, plugins and starters work in all of them. See Connect your agent for how connections work.

ChatGPT

Add the Benchy app in ChatGPT and sign in. Ask ChatGPT to find a file in a project, run a skill, generate with an Element, or publish to World. Changes ask for your approval in ChatGPT before they happen.

Claude

Add the Benchy connector in Claude and sign in. Claude can then read and work in the workspace you chose, with the same tools as any other connected agent. Claude Code connects the same way, or automatically through Benchy Desktop.

Blender

Install Benchy for Blender from Blender's preferences and sign in. Open files from your projects, save your work back as a new version, use Elements as references, and ask Benchy to check a model for printing without leaving Blender.

The CLI

The benchy command works with World models, canvases and websites from a terminal or a script. It signs in with an API key, so it works in the one workspace the key was made for. Keep the key in a file only you can read and point BENCHY_PAT_FILE at it.
